The device is to reduce the cost of atomized powder and meet the needs of special powder (grain) and developed separately, belongs to the mass production equipment, is currently mainly used for the production of larger particles of powder and metal pellets.

The equipment has a larger centrifugal atomization chamber, in order to maintain a good spherical appearance of powder particles, if the product is sensitive to oxygen content requirements, the current atomization chamber can be gas protection or replacement. In order to meet the needs of large centrifugal force, the equipment also needs to be equipped with water-cooled high-power high-speed spindle (speed up to 24000 rpm).
